Inaugural MWM Boat Owners Regatta

Join us July 17–19 for an unforgettable weekend on the water at the MWM Boats Regatta. This special event is all about bringing together the MWM family for great memories, time on the lake, and a full weekend of fun.

Enjoy live music, a tie-up on the water, boat demos, and more while connecting with fellow boat owners and spending time with the MWM community. Whether you plan to stay for the full weekend or just part of it, we would love to have you there.

Lodging Information

A limited number of rooms and cabins are available at Orleans Trail Hotel & Resort for the Inaugural MWM Boat Owners Regatta. Reservations are first come, first served.
Reserve online at Orleans Trail Hotel & Resort or call Fran/Stephanie at 417-276-3566 and mention the MWM room block.

Guests are also welcome to book their own VRBO or Airbnb accommodations if they prefer.

Important Note: The MWM room/cabin block expires June 5th. Rooms and cabins are limited and available first come, first served. Please reserve early by calling Fran/Stephanie at 417-276-3566 and mentioning the MWM room block. All trip-related expenses are the responsibility of each attendee.

Schedule of Events

Friday, July 17

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Arrivals & Registration @ Orleans Trail Bar and Grill

Check in, get settled, and kick off the weekend with the MWM family.

7:30 PM – Midnight | Live Band & Party Time @ Orleans Trail Bar and Grill

The evening band is expected to begin between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM and will keep the party going until midnight. Enjoy an evening of fun, music, and time with fellow MWM boat owners.

Planning to enjoy the evening from the porch? Porch tables fill up quickly on both Friday and Saturday night, so guests are encouraged to call ahead and reserve a table.

Saturday, July 18

8:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Arrivals & Registration on the Porch of Orleans Trail Bar and Grill + Scheduled Surf Demo If Space Is Available

Arrivals and registration will take place on the porch of Orleans Trail Bar and Grill. Scheduled surf demo will also take place during this time. See Saturday Activity Options below for details.
Surf demo spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the RSVP form to request your spot. The MWM team will review requests and confirm availability.

Porch tables fill up quickly on both Friday and Saturday night, so guests are encouraged to call ahead and reserve a table.

11:30 AM | Boat Fun-Run & Scavenger Hunt Begins

Boats must be in the water and circled up by the No-Wake Buoys exiting Orleans Trail Marina Cove. MWM boat leaders will greet everyone and kick off the fun-run.

Route: Orleans Trail → Mutton Creek → State Park → Rock Quarry Cove

Make sure to follow the MWM team into Rock Quarry Cove for the raft-out gathering.

At each stop, guests will have the opportunity to pick up a new MWM-branded giveaway.

Sunday, July 19

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Scheduled Surf Demo

Scheduled surf demo will be available Sunday morning.

We will accept surf demo reservations for 8 individuals to book a spot on each available boat.

Spots are first come, first served. During the surf demos, guests will also learn proper boat, surf, and system setup. Questions are welcome.
